  • What if I can't use after pay?

    If you need a payment plan to purchase a piece but don’t have after-pay; please get in touch with me directly for other payment options.

  • What is the return policy?

    I currently don't accept returns or refunds

    If you received your item damaged, I will gladly ship a replacement free of charge; however, I will need proof of purchase and damage. Ex) order number, information, and picture of damaged item

  • Terms of service

    Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Mikhayla Rene/Spirits Light Art including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints, and current or future artwork of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.

    Collectors may not reproduce the artwork in any form without the artist’s written permission. However, sharing photos of the pieces you’ve purchased on social media is welcome and doesn’t violate this clause.

  • Shipping Policy

    Mikhayla Rene/ Spirits Light Art cannot be responsible for items lost in the post once your item(s) has shipped, Spirits Light Art is not responsible for delays in shipping.

    In the case, your item doesn't arrive we can come to an agreement for a replacement item to be shipped.

    • Any address changes must be communicated within 24 hours of placing your order. Email at SpiritsLightArt@gmail.com

    Mikhayla Rene/ Spirits Light Art is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer.
